Description

The Astera LunaBulbs set of 8 in the PrepCase  is a robust hard-shell case with PrepInlay including 8 LunaBulbs . In it, the included LunaBulb lights can be prepared for use by making various settings via the operation with display . This is also possible in the case via an app ¹ or via DMX control ^2. The settings include parameters such as color temperature, color or brightness . In order to be as flexible as possible, for example when driving to a filming location, the PrepCase runs on a built-in battery that runs for around an hour when fully charged if the LunaBulbs are set to 4000 K and maximum brightness. If there is a power socket within reach, the case can be charged in just under three hours using the included charging cable . Another function of the PrepCase is the Bluetooth Bridge , which can be used to use the case as an AsteraBox ³ for all Astera lights in the area.

The Astera LunaBulb (E27) is a professional RGBMA LED light in the shape of a traditional light bulb . It has the same controls as other wireless DMX lights and offers intuitive control via smart device, lighting desk or remote control. With the E27 socket, the LunaBulb matches the thread of a standard light bulb and can therefore be used anywhere a standard lamp socket is available. The “bulb” can also be removed to create a bright, thin hotspot while offering the same efficiency and performance of a professional full-color light. In addition, each LunaBulb is calibrated during manufacture to meet the requirements of modern camera sensors. And thanks to the Titan LED Engine technology, it has a wide color temperature range and excellent color rendering . In addition, it offers synchronized power control and impressive color consistency across the entire dimming range without changing the color temperature , making it suitable for subtle practical lighting as well as complex mapping effects.
