The advantage is a very fast resetting of the arm length by telescoping in or out and then being locked off at the required working length. It offers smooth, vibration-free movements, added flexibility when working on tight sets.

Comet Jib is a versatile piece of equipment and offers specialized movements and camera positioning. It is suitable for all standard Euro / Mitchell Remote Head systems. The Comet can be combined with additional existing Proaim accessories, for example, with a boom rig enabling recordings at ground level.
