The SmallHD Indie 5 RED RCP2 Kit (KOMODO-X, KOMODO, DSMC3) is a 5″ FullHD video monitor with 1000 nits, HDMI/SDI . It is the smallest and lightest monitor in the Smart 5 series with numerous customization options . The brightness of 1000 nits makes the responsive touchscreen display easy to read even in daylight. Furthermore, the video monitor scores with a resolution of 1080p and integrated tools that allow control of exposure, color, look-around camera control, EL zone and others. The Indie 5 is an entry-level Smart 5 monitor, ideal for professionals on an indie budget. The Smart 5 series was developed due to the high demand for smaller touchscreen monitors with the same quality and functionality as the Smart 7 and Ultrabright series from SmallHD. The size of the display has been reduced while increasing the overall functions. These are the first smallHD 5-inch monitors that allow users to access optional camera control licenses from ARRI, RED® and Sony. The kit includes a RED RCP2 Camera Control for RED KOMODO or DSMC3 cameras.
